Arsh Taban Ghodrat Toos was founded in 1999, drawing on the experience of Eng. Mohammad Javad Afagh Eslamieh, with the aim of serving the public and developing the country's power industry. The company works in power plant services, construction of low- and medium-voltage networks, transmission and distribution lines, lighting, customer services and meter installation.
Bringing electricity to deprived and border villages and giving people access to power is one of Arsh Taban's proudest achievements. Electrification projects across Greater Khorasan and the deprived regions of southern Iran form a valuable part of its record of service. Its contribution to launching a smart meter production unit has also been a step towards meeting the country's needs.
Founded and chaired by Eng. Mohammad Javad Afagh Eslamieh, with Eng. Majid Afagh as CEO, the company continues its work with an emphasis on responsibility and service to the people of Iran.

Eng. Majid Afagh Eslamieh, born in 1969, graduated in chemical engineering in 1992. He began his professional career in 1994 alongside Eng. Mohammad Javad Afagh and played an important role in his business groups and private companies.
He joined Arsh Taban Ghodrat Toos in 2003 and is currently the company's CEO and the CFO of Afagh Group.
Throughout Arsh Taban's history, serving the public has always been a core goal, because electricity plays a vital role in daily life and social welfare. With this in mind, the company has made developing power infrastructure, especially in deprived areas, a priority.
